Who we are
Learning Design Solutions (“LDS”) runs this health check. Contact us at info@learningdesign.solutions.
Taking the check without identifying yourself
You can complete the check and see your result without giving your name or email address. When you finish, we store your answers, your result, the date and time, and the advert or link you arrived from (if any). We use this to understand common SAP learning challenges and to improve the check. We do not store your IP address, location or device details with your answers.
If you send us your details
If you fill in the form at the end, we also store your name, work email, and optionally your company and job title, linked to your answers. We use them only for what you ticked:
- to email you a copy of your results;
- to contact you about your results, if you asked us to;
- to send occasional LDS insights, only if you ticked that box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Once you send your details, your answers are no longer anonymous.
Who can see it
Only LDS staff who handle enquiries. We do not sell or share your information. Our website host and email delivery provider process it on our behalf.
Where it is stored
Your answers are stored on our web host’s servers in the United States. Emails are sent through an email delivery service based in Ireland (EU) and received in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Where your information is processed outside South Africa, we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to South African law.
How long we keep it
We remove contact details after 12 months and delete answers after 24 months, unless you become a client and we need them for that work.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing info@learningdesign.solutions. Please include the reference from your results email if you have one. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
